What’s included

In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, we offer a cast iron guarantee that we’ll replace it within two years from the date of purchase. We may first attempt to repair the fault. Returning of faulty goods is free and we’ll send you out a pre-paid return label to send your damaged item(s) back.

We also offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with our products you can return your items to us and we’ll issue a refund.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty policy that covers your purchased Dashtrack product. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the warranty coverage.

1. Warranty Coverage: a. Dashtrack provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship. b. The warranty covers repairs or replacement of the product at Dashtrack’s discretion, free of charge, for valid warranty claims. c. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Claims: a. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period. b. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, along with the product’s serial number and other relevant details. c. Our customer support team will guide you through the warranty claim process, including any necessary troubleshooting steps. d. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we may request you to send the product to our authorized service center for further evaluation.

3. Warranty Exclusions: a. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, negligence, or improper installation. b. Damages resulting from natural disasters, fire, water, or any other external causes beyond Dashtrack’s control are not covered. c. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts, unless they are proven to be defective at the time of purchase.

4. Limitations of Liability: a. Dashtrack’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as described above. b. In no event shall Cooksage be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. c. The warranty provided herein is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Repair or Replacement: a. Dashtrack reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced under warranty. b. If a repair is possible, Dashtrack will strive to restore the product to its original functionality. In some cases, replaced parts may be new or refurbished. c. If a replacement is deemed necessary, Dashtrack will provide a product of similar value and functionality brand new, free of charge.

5. Governing Law: a. This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
